About the role
This role leads cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. You will lead project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment. It suits experienced cost management professionals with strong leadership and client-facing skills.
What you'll do

Assist in conducting interviews for vacant positions
Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support conflict resolution and issue management
Facilitate effective communication through structured meetings, reporting, and documentation
Critically analyze and challenge project requirements and cost deliverables
Collaborate in developing cost reporting structures and control mechanisms
Act as Commission Manager for end-to-end service delivery
Manage estimating and cost planning activities, including presenting final cost plans
Lead production of monthly post-contract cost reports and present to clients
Lead value engineering and life cycle costing exercises
Implement and maintain cost controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management
Lead commercial negotiations and contract administration
Support internal risk management procedures and systems
Manage invoicing processes using D-365, including reviewing and validating invoice data, coordinating with finance teams, tracking invoice status, and ensuring compliance with billing requirements and internal financial controls

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong business acumen
Experience in client management and client-facing environments
Native-level proficiency in English
