You will lead cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. You will lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to foster a collaborative environment. The role includes commission management, overseeing invoicing processes and project compliance using D-365. You will manage estimating, cost planning, monthly cost reporting, value engineering, and life cycle costing. You will also handle commercial negotiations, contract administration, and internal risk management.
