You will manage cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. Duties include estimating, rate analysis, cost planning, tendering and procurement, and dealing with post-contract cost variances. You will produce monthly cost reports, support value engineering exercises, and interface with clients and consultants at all project stages. You will also help improve cost management procedures and work as part of the cost management team.
