About the role

This role leads creative work for a fashion brand's marketing, social campaigns, activations and content. You will guide a team of designers and photographers, manage the brand identity across global platforms, and explore new technologies including AI tools. It suits someone with a strong creative portfolio who enjoys fast-paced, collaborative environments.

What you'll do

Drive creative ideation and execution for marketing, social campaigns, activations and content to meet marketing goals
Own the end-to-end creative approach, covering design, art direction, video motion graphics, AR/VR, gamification, AI-driven content and partnerships
Lead exploration and implementation of AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative efficiency, personalisation, scalability and innovation

Set governance and best practices for ethical, brand-safe and commercially effective use of AI in creative workflows

Work with functional and market leads to shape content strategy across channels and media

Manage and mentor designers and photographers to deliver strong brand identity and effective creative output

Maintain brand identity consistency across all creative projects and platforms globally

Structure and deliver creative presentations internally and externally

Champion new creative talent within the industry

Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands and talent that align with brand values

Partner with producers to establish production approaches, workflows and schedules

Build relationships with external agencies and partners

Analyse campaign performance, market trends, consumer needs, AI-assisted insights and competitive landscape to optimise creative output

Collaborate with creatives, photographers, media designers, UI/UX designers, stakeholders and senior leaders

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Good to know

Full time role based in Singapore
Overseas travel may be required when necessary

Requirements

Experience in conceptual creative work, art direction and graphic design
Experience in business and digital performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial, photography and multimedia
Portfolio of delivering a broad range of creative projects such as brand campaigns, activations, moving images, design systems, events, digital content, motion graphics, print and social campaigns
Capable of creating creative designs and assets for traditional and digital marketing
Understanding of digital asset production at scale, post-production workflows and technical requirements of digital marketing assets
Familiarity with social media, new digital formats and trends
