About the role

Join the Wealth Lending Risk Management Team supporting the Investment secured portfolio for the Singapore business, which is the largest consumer SBL and IPF book across all countries. The role focuses on managing automation initiatives, technology upgrades and making existing processes more efficient, with regular interaction with Credit Operations, Technology and Product Teams. It suits an organised self-starter with consumer risk analytics experience who enjoys process and system work.

What you'll do

Lead technology upgrades and improve automation of existing processes for MSBF and IPF, including contributing to system changes and testing during cutovers
Lead the Credit Decision Engine project and manage end-to-end automation of Facility Opening, including digitisation and setting up a rule-based straight-through process

Support system implementation and process enhancements for data across multiple products and retail formats for global and local reporting

Interpret MIS and continuously upgrade it through automation

Conduct mark-to-market processes, issue margin calls to RMs and follow up on timely resolution as a backup

Identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals by dissecting issues and making recommendations

Build cross-functional partnerships and networks to support cross-functional business initiatives

Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment and escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in consumer risk analytics and managing regulatory projects from a credit risk perspective
Experience managing data, rule-based automation and the end-to-end data life cycle
Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Organised in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects
Strong self-starter, proactive and a team player
