You will lead Wise's APAC CRM strategy, covering customer lifecycle management, segmentation and engagement. You will work with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering and Analytics teams to run campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app messages. You will use data to segment business customers and tailor communications, and analyse campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion. You will also manage the email calendar, deliverability, monthly reporting, localisation and A/B testing for the region.
