You will lead the APAC CRM strategy and implementation for Wise, owning and delivering customer communications across email, push notifications and in-app messages. You will work with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering and Analytics teams to plan and execute campaigns. You will use data to segment business customers and tailor communications, and manage the customer lifecycle to drive engagement and loyalty. You will also handle email calendar management, deliverability, monthly reporting, localisation and A/B testing, while ensuring compliance and database health.
