When
You will handle customer enquiries by email, text and phone, providing accurate information about products, tours and reservations. You will also promote products, review online bookings, update the master calendar and coordinate with the tours team to confirm bookings. When assigned to the campsite front desk, you will greet guests, check them in, prepare tickets and manage walk-in enquiries. You will work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
