Lead a small team of triage specialists handling vulnerability reports for government bug bounty and disclosure programmes. Manage daily operations, team performance, workload and resource planning, and step in for hands-on triage during peak periods or complex escalations. Act as the escalation point for vulnerability validation and severity rating decisions, and mentor specialists on analysis and documentation standards. Improve triage SOPs, workflows and platforms, and build scripts or automation to streamline processes and reporting. Liaise with government agencies, system owners and security researchers, and prepare reports and presentations on vulnerability trends for stakeholders.
