Cyber Security Transformation Associate Manager

About the role

Lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects across infrastructure, applications, or cloud environments. Implement security controls that align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to embed security into system design, oversee incident response, and support threat management. Manage team performance and contribute to capability development while providing guidance on security best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
• Strong knowledge in at least one domain (e.g., cloud security, IAM, network security)
• Experience delivering security solutions in enterprise environments
• Ability to manage stakeholders and project deliverables effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
