About the role

Lead a team to shape and drive whole-of-government cybersecurity strategies, plans and initiatives. Oversee strategic planning, resource planning and funding proposals to strengthen government cybersecurity capabilities. Develop and review cybersecurity policies and governance frameworks with stakeholders. Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor the impact of cybersecurity initiatives. Build team capability and engage stakeholders across government, industry and international partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering or Information Technology preferred
Experience leading, growing and developing high-performance teams
CISSP and/or CISA certifications an advantage
Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends
At least 5-6 years of prior experience in civil service-related work preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
