Data Center Critical Facilities III

About the role

You will support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of mission-critical data center infrastructure. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, inspections, and installations on electrical, mechanical, cooling, plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems. You will monitor the Building Monitoring System and respond to alarms, coordinate with vendors, and maintain site documentation such as MOPs and logs. You will also respond to incidents, support investigations, and participate in infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement projects. The role requires working non-standard hours including shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays to support 24x7 operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in critical facilities, facilities operations, data center operations, industrial facilities, building operations, or related technical environment
• Ability to perform hands-on operational and maintenance tasks
• Ability to work at height and in confined or tight spaces
• Ability to work non-standard hours including shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays
