You will support the daily operations of a data center, handling customer equipment installations, cross-connects, and testing. You will manage work orders, maintain records, and update asset databases. You will also troubleshoot circuits and work with customers to resolve issues. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and provide on-site support such as access control and escorting.
