Data Center Customer Operations Engineer III

About the role

You will support customer and operational services in a mission-critical data center. Your duties include rack-and-stack installations, cross-connect installations and testing, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. You will also manage work orders, keep accurate records, and provide responsive customer support. The role involves working with internal teams, vendors, and customers to deliver services safely and on time. You may need to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, to support 24x7 operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical certification, vocational qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• Typically 1–3 years of experience in data center operations, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, customer operations, or a related technical environment
• Ability to complete hands-on tasks at height or in tight spaces
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, night shifts, holidays, and shift-based schedules
