About the role
This role sits within Visa's payments technology business, where you'll build and maintain software and data systems that support secure, scalable fintech solutions. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, QA, operations and compliance teams to turn business needs into technical solutions. It suits an engineer who enjoys hands-on coding with data, cloud services and automation tools.
What you'll do
- Attend stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand data ecosystem, security, privacy and retention needs.
- Interpret technical requirements from senior engineers, execute component designs, document module design and identify systems, architectures, tools and storage needs.
- Create and implement code across assigned components, applying coding patterns, guidelines, styles and best practices while meeting security requirements.
