Execute sales strategies to grow the Fixed Income sales unit and promote revenue growth. Initiate contact with existing and potential investors, identify their needs, and sell appropriate Fixed Income instruments. Review and analyse the market to anticipate investor requirements and develop competitive solutions. Ensure prompt execution of transactions and comply with all internal and external rules and regulations. Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism when dealing with business partners and clients. Work closely with other bank staff to identify and refer cross-sell opportunities.
