Deals Advisory - M&A Operations Experienced Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

You will join a Deals Advisory team focused on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, working on all operational aspects of transactions from pre-deal due diligence to post-deal integration. You will support clients including private equity investors and corporate leadership on due diligence, value creation assessments, carve-outs and post-merger integration. The role also involves business development activities, building client relationships and project management. You will work with managers and senior colleagues while developing strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
• 1-3 years experience in M&A or divestitures
• Experience in pre-deal due diligence, integration or separation planning
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial results
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
