Deals - Corporate Finance Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

You will provide corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions advisory services to clients. Working in project teams, you will prepare presentation materials and pitches and execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors. You will be responsible for deal execution, including financial modelling. The role requires strong analytical and evaluation skills and close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/Finance related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
• Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative
