Deals - M&A Operations Manager

About the role

You will analyse target company data and practices in supply chain management to identify key issues and improvement opportunities. You will interact with target management, build client relationships, and prepare reports summarising risks and areas for improvement. You will work with financial, tax and commercial diligence teams on joint projects, manage deliverables and project economics, and support business development. You will also coach and train other team members and help develop the firm's service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in operations (procurement, sales operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, cost efficiency or support functions)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in at least two languages, one being English
• Willing to travel
