Deals - M&A Operations Senior Associate

About the role

You will work in a team helping clients with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Your work covers pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and post-deal transformation. You will manage several clients, build working relationships with clients, private equity investors and corporate C-suite, and support business development. You will also help assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
• 2-5 years experience in M&A or Divestitures
• Experience in pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, post-deal transformation
• Strong understanding of operating models, products and services
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial results
