Deals – Strategic Capital Solution (SCS), Senior Associate / Manager

About the role

You will work with senior team members across the full deal lifecycle on private credit fundraising, structured equity, and restructuring mandates. Your duties include building and maintaining complex financial models such as debt sizing, covenant analysis, LBO, DCF, and capital structure scenarios. You will conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and operational assessments across structured finance and restructuring engagements. You will also prepare client presentations, funding memoranda, and transaction documents, and liaise with private credit funds, family offices, institutional investors, and lenders. You will support pitch preparation, market research, and origination efforts across Southeast Asia and broader APAC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, restructuring, or advisory boutiques
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar), including agentic AI
• Solid grasp of credit analysis, capital structures, and transaction structuring
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and manage multiple priorities
