About the role

Lead and oversee a portfolio of initiatives or a significant subset of a programme, translating strategic priorities into tactical goals. Plan and manage multiple major projects, breaking down complex problems into clear workstreams and roadmaps. Partner with agencies' senior leadership and CIO teams to share product roadmaps, identify opportunities to harmonise technology, and promote effective use of services. Manage delivery of the End-User Support Service, provide visibility on service performance, and direct change management initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and facilitate solutioning across teams.
