Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, setting technical standards and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, including Education Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and production-ready. Make critical technical decisions, review architecture and code, and mitigate risks around performance, security, and integration. Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver work iteratively using Agile methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, reliability, and engineering processes.
