Lead a team in planning and executing the full product lifecycle for Government-to-Business products at Singapore Customs, including a major trade platform connecting stakeholders in the trade ecosystem. Define product vision and go-to-market strategy with business partners, and manage budget, funding and procurement. Conduct user studies, analyse data and drive user adoption and growth. Ensure products meet security, performance and compliance requirements, and coach product managers in the Finance cluster.
