Deputy Director, Offensive Security

About the role

Lead and scale high-concurrency red team engagements, managing multiple simultaneous operations across different target networks. Oversee the development of custom malware and resilient Command and Control (C2) infrastructure. Ensure red team campaigns mimic real-world Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and translate technical findings into risk insights for stakeholders. Build and maintain a collaborative, high-trust team culture among offensive security professionals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple offensive security teams or red teams
• Expert knowledge in red team operations, post-exploitation, lateral movement, and data exfiltration
• Deep technical background in custom malware development and C2 server management
• Mastery of modern adversarial TTPs and threat actor behaviors
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage ambiguity
