About the role

You will lead ACRA's digital transformation programme, working closely with the CIO and senior leadership to deliver on strategic IT direction. You will oversee product development, system modernisation, and service transformation initiatives, including AI. You will manage programme delivery, product operations, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation. You will also mentor leaders and build digital capabilities within the team.

Requirements

At least 8-10 years of experience in a technology or digital organisation
At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a technology practitioner
Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with programme management methodologies and digital transformation
