Deputy Director, Strategy

About the role

You will develop, refine and drive strategic priorities at group, functional and programme levels. You will craft persuasive narratives and analyses to influence senior stakeholders across GovTech and beyond. You will run special projects that fall between functions or where teams need extra leverage. You will bring best practices into GovTech, including technological developments and operating structures. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the organisation's direction.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in Strategy or Special Projects roles
• Influenced cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Navigated ambiguous challenges with measurable results
• Fixed problems before they became problems
• Brought significant leverage to a scale-up environment
• Outstanding teammate
