Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams on infrastructure projects in the Transportation sector, including railway, aviation, marine, and civil and structural works. Drive design delivery in Design & Build environments and interface closely with contractors to ensure constructability and efficient delivery. Provide guidance to internal teams on contractor expectations such as drawings, detailing standards, submission formats, and buildability considerations. Liaise and coordinate with other design teams, stakeholders, and external design partners. Drive construction innovation and modular construction technology to improve constructability and design for safety.
