When
You will work with product managers, engineers, stakeholders and users to shape digital learning products, from discovery and research through design, delivery, measurement and iteration. You will apply user-centred design practices to solve meaningful problems and improve learning experiences across the Public Service. You will create user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes and detailed designs. You will conduct interviews, observation, usability testing and surveys, and synthesise evidence to identify needs and opportunities. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to resolve constraints and deliver a strong user experience, and contribute reusable patterns and design system assets.
