You will design user-centred solutions for Parents Gateway and related products used by parents, school administrators and MOE stakeholders. Your work covers wireframes, prototypes and user flows, plus user research, usability testing and service design. You will map user journeys, identify pain points and validate designs with real users. You will also work closely with product managers, engineers and MOE stakeholders to align on user needs and design directions.
