You will lead user research and design for the STARS eLodgment System, a platform used by lawyers and conveyancers to prepare, sign, pay for, and lodge property transaction instruments. You will plan and conduct user research such as interviews, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and concept validation, and turn insights into clear interaction and service improvements. You will design user journeys, interaction patterns, and information architecture for complex, rules-heavy workflows, and create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will also contribute to the design system, mentor designers, and work closely with product, engineering, and domain experts in data, policy, and law.
