Digital Growth Lead

About the role

Analyse client business and digital performance to identify the biggest opportunities for growth. Develop strategic initiatives and work plans that align client and internal investments toward high-impact growth areas. Design and guide digital strategies covering customer experience, media strategy, performance marketing and CRM engagement. Support integrated marketing campaigns and advise clients on marketing processes, digital capabilities and operating models. Work with cross-functional delivery teams across technology, design, consulting and operations to turn strategy into executable programmes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy or digital growth
• Experience driving growth initiatives on the client side or in consulting
• Strong understanding of customer experience, performance marketing, CRM engagement and integrated campaign planning
• Ability to analyse business and digital performance data
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, data and operations
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
