About the role

Join Visa's AP Digital Sales team, working with digital-native clients, fintechs, issuers and payment platforms across the region. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and help clients launch, scale and optimise payment solutions, working alongside Product, Client Services, Risk, Legal and Finance teams. This suits a self-motivated seller who is comfortable running a full sales cycle and engaging senior decision-makers.

What you'll do

Own and manage relationships across a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller
Drive sales, upsell and cross-sell across Visa products and solutions, including virtual engagement and system touchpoints
Apply knowledge of Visa products to help clients meet business goals and hit sales targets
Manage current accounts, spot new opportunities, maintain account plans and prepare presentation materials for all client levels

Forecast sales across the sales cycle from first contact through procurement, keeping sales tools updated

Take part in client communications and deliver presentations via phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards and webcasts

Keep up with industry trends and government regulations affecting the assigned territory

Work with the digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics

Join ongoing digital sales training

Good to know

This role is required to be onsite in the Singapore office five days a week
Multiple headcounts are being hired for the Digital Sales team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3-6 years managing a high-volume territory or portfolio of accounts, driving pipeline growth and running the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Experience managing fintech, financial institution or payments clients across APAC markets, including Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, Australia/New Zealand and Pacific Islands
Additional language capabilities such as Mandarin, Japanese or Hindi may be required depending on portfolio coverage
Experience prospecting, acquiring new customers and growing business in a high-volume sales environment
Strong commercial acumen to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions and influence buying decisions
