About the role

Visa Consulting & Analytics is the consulting and advisory arm of Visa, working with banks, fintechs, merchants and other payment ecosystem players on growth and transformation. The role sits in the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand cluster and reports to the Head of VCA Singapore, owning some of Visa's most strategic accounts in Singapore. It suits an experienced payments professional who is comfortable advising senior client leaders and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

What you'll do

Own strategic relationships with clients and partners end-to-end, from spotting opportunities and business development through to delivery and realised outcomes
Advise client leadership teams on industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer behaviour, payments innovation and digital transformation

Lead advisory engagements from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, implementation planning and execution support

Convert advisory opportunities through a consultative sales approach, drawing on Visa's data, assets, products and expertise

Work with Client Account Executives and cross-functional teams on joint account plans

Combine advisory, analytics, implementation and Visa capabilities into integrated client solutions

Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing guidance, coaching and quality assurance

Drive thought leadership on topics such as customer acquisition, portfolio growth, digital banking, agentic commerce, wealth, commercial payments, loyalty, risk and AI

Part of the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand market cluster

Requirements

Over 10 years of payments experience in banks, cards or payment providers, fintechs or related industries
Proven track record owning strategic client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data, market intelligence and business insights to diagnose challenges and develop recommendations
Experience working directly with C-suite and senior executives, influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders
Highly collaborative, with experience working with geographically distributed teams
Able to connect data streams into clear narratives and guide storyboards, templates and visuals
