Lead the transformation of commercial workflows and drive scalable growth across all Pandora countries. Manage commercial operations teams, including long tail account management and telesales, across local teams, centre of excellence and outsourced partners. Build robust SOPs and processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency and scalability. Drive AI transformation by adopting intelligent automation tools such as predictive analytics and intelligent workflows. Own strategic cross-functional projects with Product, Tech, Data and local markets, and define KPIs to measure impact. Act as a change agent to ensure successful adoption of new tools, strategies and processes across regions.
