Lead the strategy, roadmap and commercialisation of tokenisation solutions across digital payment ecosystems. Work with issuers, acquirers, wallets, merchants, fintechs and internal technology, risk and compliance teams to deliver secure and scalable tokenisation products. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements, business cases, go-to-market plans and success metrics. Drive adoption and revenue growth, build industry partnerships, and ensure compliance with payment security standards. Mentor a team of product managers and promote cross-functional collaboration.
