About the role

Visa is hiring a Director for its Global & Regional Tech Partnerships team, based at the Singapore Market Support Centre and reporting to the Senior Director, Tech Partnerships, Asia Pacific. The team builds, launches and scales new solutions with big tech and regional platform companies, covering both card and non-card commerce. This suits a senior partnerships or business development professional who can work across product, technology and commercial teams in a matrixed global organisation.

What you'll do

Spot and close partnership opportunities with regional technology platform companies to grow card and non-card commerce.
Build and run partner roadmaps that meet customer needs, solve business problems and support Visa's growth goals.
Work with Product, Technology, Client Services, Sales, Legal and Risk teams to take new solutions from concept to commercial launch.

Lead delivery and scaling of Visa products and capabilities with regional technology platform partners.

Help market teams hit revenue, payment volume and product adoption targets through partner execution.

Put together business cases and value propositions for internal and external audiences.

Manage a portfolio of strategic technology partners and build trusted relationships across business, product and engineering teams.

Drive cross-functional alignment to speed up implementation, commercialisation and market expansion.

Support commercial negotiations, renewals and expansion with key technology partners.

Keep up to date on technology, fintech and payments developments, including new products, trends and regulatory changes.

Good to know

At least 3 days in office per week, with the exact days confirmed by the hiring manager.
Role is based in the Singapore Market Support Centre.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant industry experience in technology partnerships, business development, consulting, product management or commercial roles
Strong payments industry expertise across card-based payments, A2A payments, local payment methods and emerging digital payment solutions
Demonstrated experience managing strategic client or partner relationships in technology, fintech or payments
Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation in a digital or fintech setting
Strong program management skills, driving solution development and delivery end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders
Experience developing business cases and articulating value propositions across a broad portfolio
