About the role

A one-year contract role with an insurer in Singapore, sitting within the distribution compliance function. You will handle compliance reporting, watch misconduct trends across distribution channels, and look into suspected agency misconduct. It suits someone with a few years of data analysis and project work who is comfortable with insurance regulations and working with stakeholders.

What you'll do

Make sure compliance reporting, misconduct trend tracking and data analysis for distribution channels are delivered on time
Analyse suspected agency misconduct cases and recommend suitable actions where undesirable sales behaviour is confirmed
Work with customers and distribution channels to gather information so assessments are fair and complete
Keep distribution channels aligned with prescribed market and business conduct standards
Stay up to date with applicable regulations, industry standards, regional compliance standards and business rules
Take part in and deliver projects or initiatives that meet internal and regulatory needs and improve process efficiency

Requirements

Degree in any discipline
About 2 years of experience in in-depth data analysis and project management
Good problem-solving ability
Project management and change management capability
High proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics tools such as PowerBI or Python
Relevant insurance qualifications such as M5 or M9
