About the role

This is a one-year contract role with the Life Business team, supporting day-to-day distribution operations for an insurance business. You will work with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, Finance and Operations, as well as external distribution partners, to keep processes running smoothly and meet regulatory and internal requirements. It suits someone organised, accurate and comfortable juggling several tasks in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do

Oversee agent maintenance, including creating, terminating, suspending, promoting and updating agent codes
Manage proxy requests and keep agent records in relevant systems timely and accurate

Generate and send out commission, incentive and operational reports

Process commission and incentive payments accurately and on time

Handle day-to-day distribution email enquiries and support email whitelisting applications

Support system testing for new product launches, new firm onboarding and system maintenance

Help onboard new distribution firms, including coordinating distribution agreements and product due diligence documents

Facilitate launch readiness for new products and riders with internal stakeholders

Provide operational support for time-sensitive initiatives, clean-up exercises or reviews as directed by the manager

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, distribution support or administrative roles
Good understanding of life insurance operations across IFA, Bancassurance and Broker channels
Strong administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work across teams
