Help prepare the annual departmental operating budget
Monitor the budget and control expenses to improve productivity
Analyse financials to drive revenue, profitability and return on investment
Support hotel revenue growth using company systems and procedures
Assist with third-party vendor induction and performance management
Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members and hotel assets in line with policies and regulations
Develop and carry out action plans to reduce the hotel's carbon footprint
Handle hotel revenue in a responsible and senior manner
Manage third-party vendor staffing needs, plan and assign work
Promote a one-team approach through daily communication and coordination
Drive improvements in team member engagement aligned with brand behaviours
Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action
