About the role
This role oversees passenger services operations at Changi Airport Terminal 4 for a ground handling joint venture. You will manage airline accounts, lead a large ground staff team, and handle safety, security and station management matters. It suits someone with strong operational understanding who can make quick decisions and work rotating shifts.
What you'll do
Oversee flight handling for airlines
Liaise with the Airline Relations Manager on operational matters and handle investigations and complaints from airlines or passengers
Manage airline accounts, including ad-hoc meetings to resolve issues
Follow up with airlines and passengers on incidents to provide closure and recovery
Review work procedures and solutions to improve service
