Manage the hotel’s daily operations and ensure smooth running, guest satisfaction, safety and security. Act as the senior management representative, handle guest concerns with tact, and record incidents in the Duty Manager logbook. Coordinate lobby activity, lead Front Office communication, and conduct briefings when the Front Office Manager is away.
