About the role

This role owns the digital strategy and execution for both HQ and franchise markets at a fashion brand. You will manage the full P&L of the online store, drive growth and improve profitability across regional markets. It suits an analytical leader who can partner with senior stakeholders and develop a regional team.

What you'll do

Work with the Head of ECommerce on multi-year strategic planning and growth objectives
Keep a daily feedback loop with senior leadership, turning data into insights and decisions
Take full accountability for the ECommerce P&L, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue targets
Lead annual and monthly sales planning and performance tracking across SEA and franchise markets

Align global brand priorities with local execution and tailor content for franchise partners

Plan and run the commercial calendar, including weekly and quarterly campaigns and promotions

Work with brand marketing and planning teams to align collections with sales and marketing targets

Run daily and weekly business reviews and deliver recaps to the organisation and leadership

Analyse sales and customer data to improve site experience, engagement and conversion

Turn market, consumer and competitor insights into pricing, content and assortment recommendations

Partner with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to deliver quality traffic and hit objectives

Work with Tech, Product and Operations teams to improve the user journey, checkout conversion and mobile experience

Collaborate with Retail and Store Operations on omnichannel initiatives such as Click & Collect

Oversee the demand side of the P&L, optimising marketing budgets and KPIs for ROAS and CAC

Coach and develop a regional ECommerce team so individual growth supports business goals

Lead commercial projects end to end with cross-functional teams and external partners

Manage and evaluate external ECommerce agencies, setting KPIs and performance expectations

You will report to the Head of ECommerce, with dotted-line reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis
The brand operates 109 global stores and an online store serving 19 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the United States

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Typically 5–8 years of experience in ECommerce management
Proven track record owning a P&L
Strong expertise in Salesforce
Experience with analytical tools such as GA4, Power BI and Excel
Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
