Ecommerce Logistics Leader

About the role

You will lead the country-wide e-commerce fulfillment strategy, bridging digital demand and physical execution. You will plan demand and capacity with the Digital team, design scalable infrastructure, and ensure quality control for all dispatched orders. You will manage KPIs, standardise SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in picking accuracy and on-time shipping. You will also lead the Ship-from-Store and Warehouse teams, manage logistics costs, and oversee last-mile delivery with 3PL partners. The role requires close collaboration with APAC technical teams and a hands-on approach on the shop floor.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Operations
• Passionate and committed to users with empathy and continuous self-questioning
• Ability to project and think beyond next quarter
• Good communication and organisation skills to work cross-functionally
• Hands-on and willing to work on the shop floor
• Team player who generates team collaboration
