EHS Officer

About the role

Support the implementation of EHS policies, systems, and procedures across data centre site operations. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and client standards. Provide coaching and support to site teams, subcontractors, and vendors on safe work practices. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to strengthen site safety culture. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation, and support incident and corrective action management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant health and safety experience in data centers, critical environments, engineering operations sites, or similar industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Experience supporting EHS programs, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident management
• Proven ability to work across multiple operational streams and manage competing priorities under pressure
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
