EIC Intern - Data Centre Operations (Singapore)

About the role

Support the Data Centre Operations team with client onboarding and account transition activities across sites in Singapore and the region. Help develop, review and maintain site operating procedures and SOPs, including safety protocols and UPS maintenance documentation. Assist with asset validation and data updates in the CMMS, and help keep operational records and reports accurate. Coordinate meetings, gather information from stakeholders and prepare status updates and presentations. Provide general administrative and project support to the operations team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Interested in data centre operations or critical facilities management
