Support the Facilities Manager or Executive in overseeing daily site operations and maintenance at a designated client site. Help respond to service issues and escalate building faults when needed. Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works. Take part in site inspections and preventive maintenance planning, and help source quotations and follow up on repair and replacement works.
