You will support the Facilities Management team in keeping daily site operations and maintenance running smoothly. Your duties include helping to oversee site operations, coordinating contractors, responding to service issues, and escalating building faults. You will also take part in site inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and sourcing quotations for repair and replacement works. This role offers hands-on exposure to facility processes, compliance, vendor coordination, and customer service in a real estate setting.
