Plan and carry out electrical shutdowns and scheduled preventive maintenance to keep systems reliable. Inspect, maintain and upgrade lighting and lightning protection systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Lead electrical projects from planning to completion, managing timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, provide technical guidance, and train and certify staff for basic electrical work onsite. Supervise contractors, mentor junior staff and engage with clients to present solutions.
