You will develop measurement recipes that give quick and accurate feedback on product integrity, and use advanced analytics to spot deviations in machinery and processes. You will design experiments to find defect sources and work with engineers from different departments to implement improvements. You will also set up tool qualification criteria, monitor processes with SPC charts, and optimise tool maintenance schedules. The role involves data analysis, supporting the fab with recommendations, and training the team on recipe maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work responsibly and contribute to continuous improvement.
